Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Event Log Pro mobile application and related services operated by UNICORN JUICE LIMITED (the “Service Provider”).
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. When the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting rowan6ellington@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information on the Service Provider’s servers during normal use. Any event records or settings stored locally by the Application remain on your device for as long as you keep them there, subject to the controls available in the Application and your device settings. Information that you voluntarily send to the Service Provider outside normal app use may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Locally stored app data can be removed by deleting relevant entries where the Application provides that option, clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by emailing rowan6ellington@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements and any information that must be retained by law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person below the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for the systems and information it controls.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for material changes, consent will be requested before those changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before the withdrawal.
